Abstract submission for flash talk and poster session
On behalf of our conference chair Prof. Caroline Dive and the organizing committee (Reinhard Büttner, Roman Thomas, Jürgen Wolf) it is our pleasure to invite you to submit an abstract for the 3rd Cologne Conference on Lung Cancer.
Flash Talks Schedule
Date: Thursday, June 26, 2025
Time: 6:15 – 7:15 pm
Venue: Maritim hotel, main lecture hall
Postersession Schedule (during coffee breaks)
Session A: Thursday, June 26, 10:30 – 11:00 am
Session B: Thursday, June 26, 4:15 – 4:45 pm
Session C: Friday, June 27, 10:00 – 10:30 am
Venue: Maritim hotel, congress foyer
Please note that this are tentative times which may be updated and adjusted as the planning of the congress progresses.

Abstract submission deadline: Thursday, May 1st, 2025
General information:
Our Advisory Committee will review all submissions and will select abstracts for poster or flash talk session. Please note that not every abstract will be accepted for a poster or flash talk!
Submitters will be notified of the review result by email beginning of June 2025
All participants of accepted abstracts will be required to register for the congress and pay the registration fee upon acceptance of the submission.
Submission Guidelines
1. Presentation Type:
- Flash Talk: 5 minutes Powerpoint presentation in main lecture hall
- Poster: DIN A0 in congress foyer
2. Abstract Length:
- Minimum: 100 words
- Maximum: 250 words
3. Language:
- All abstracts must be submitted in English
4. Submission Format:
- Title of the abstract
- Author(s) and their affiliation(s)
- A structured abstract with the following sections:
- Introduction
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion
